1. Introduction

3. Purchases

When you purchase Downloads from us, you will be given a unique download link or access code. This link allows you to download or access the Downloads on your computer or other device.

You may download the Downloads an unlimited number of times for:

• Your own personal use
• Client work

You may share the Downloads with your team members for internal business use only.

4. Usage Rights

You may use the Downloads for:

• Personal projects
• Client work and commercial projects
• Sharing with your internal team members

You may NOT:

• Resell or redistribute the Downloads as standalone products
• Share the Downloads publicly or with individuals outside your team
• Claim the Downloads as your own original work

5. Prices and Payments

The prices of the Downloads are listed on the Site. We accept payment via Stripe, which processes credit cards, debit cards, and other supported payment methods.

6. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and refunds are not offered.
If you experience any technical issues with your purchase, please contact us at hi@alficreative.com, and we will work to resolve the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Downloads, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and design rights, are owned by Alfi Creative Studio or our licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Downloads for resale or redistribution without prior written permission.

8. Liability

We will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Downloads, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

While we make every effort to ensure quality and functionality, we do not guarantee that the Downloads will meet your specific requirements.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

10. Entire Agreement
